Accurate Performance Machining, Inc. (APM) is a California-based precision, CNC machining company, co-founded in 1996. Built on a foundation of engineering excellence, APM specializes in the production of high-tolerance components for the aerospace and defense manufacturing sectors. With a focus on quality, reliability, and long-term client partnerships, APM delivers mission-critical parts through Tier 1 suppliers such as Parker Hannifin. APM components support US military F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, F-47, B2 Bomber, and JASSM missile programs as well as commercial Airbus aircraft.
Operating from a 12,000 sq. ft. facility in Santa Ana, California, APM combines advanced machining capabilities—including CNC turning, 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling—with secondary operations such as anodizing, chem-film, plating, and mechanical assembly. Larry Taylor is the co-founder and President of Accurate Performance Machining (APM), established in 1996. With over 50 years of manufacturing experience, Larry brings deep expertise across all facets of precision machining from CNC programming and engineering design to tooling development for new projects.
Andrew Palowitch leads APM as CEO building on 44 years of Department of War and US Intelligence community operations and acquisition experience as a US Navy Submarine officer, defense contractor, and intelligence officer. Commercial companies he has led previously delivered special mission aircraft, maritime assets, electrical control devices, and advanced sensors. HIs current space system focus is providing APM with new opportunities to excel with the delivery of advanced satellite, spacecraft, and rocket components.
